Job Description Are you ready to make a significant impact in the supply chain arena? We are looking for a Supplier Sourcing Program Manager to lead our sourcing strategies and drive continuous cost improvements through effective negotiations. In this role, you will establish supply chain standards and communicate specifications to suppliers, while also evaluating proposals against our high standards. By conducting competitive analysis, market assessments, and exploring supply chain alternatives, you will play a crucial role in recommending and qualifying new suppliers who meet the needs of our stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and executing supplier contracts, ensuring product competitiveness, and providing actionable feedback on supplier performance to uphold Oracle standards. You will also have the opportunity to implement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiencies and sharing best practices across the supply chain. Developing strong relationships with various lines of business and suppliers at Oracle will be key as you influence product selections based on supply continuity, cost, and technology. Responsibilities Provide expert direction in supply chain strategies aimed at continuous cost improvement through adept partner negotiations. Create and communicate product standards and specifications effectively to suppliers. Conduct thorough analyses of suppliers, including competitive evaluations, cost modeling, and market research. Assess proposals and quotes to ensure alignment with Oracle standards. Recommend and qualify new suppliers that align with stakeholder needs and competitive pricing models. Negotiate supplier contracts effectively to sustain competitiveness in the market. Deliver constructive supplier performance feedback to ensure Oracle's quality and service standards. Implement supply chain initiatives to drive efficiencies and enhance best practices. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through direct interaction across Oracle's diverse business units. Influence product selection in collaboration with stakeholders, focusing on continuity, cost-efficiency, and technology advancements. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only: US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
