Your Role and Responsibilities As the SAP AI-Enabled Testing-as-a-Service Architect, your primary responsibilities will include: AI and Testing Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of SAP solutions and AI technologies focused on testing, automation, and quality assurance. Drive the development and enhancement of our AI-enabled TaaS capabilities for SAP environments. Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive AI-driven testing solutions for SAP landscapes using tools like Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, SAP Custom Ops, and others. Ensure these solutions are scalable, adaptable, and adhere to industry best practices. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them in adopting and implementing AI-enabled TaaS for SAP. Transform complex technical concepts into measurable business value and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. Partnership Enhancement: Collaborate with both IBM and SAP teams to align with strategic goals, participate in joint initiatives, and contribute to the co-development of novel AI-driven testing solutions and services. Differentiation Strategy: Identify and amplify our unique value proposition for SAP AI-enabled TaaS, crafting compelling market messages that resonate with target clients and distinguish us from the competition. Pre-sales and Proof of Concept (PoC) Support: Assist in the creation of PoCs, demos, and proof statements that highlight the capabilities of AI-enabled TaaS for SAP. Work with sales and presales teams to secure new business and enhance existing client relationships. Thought Leadership: Engage in thought leadership activities, such as speaking at industry events, publishing articles, and connecting with the broader SAP and IBM communities, establishing our firm as a trusted advisor in SAP AI-driven testing. Incentive Maximization: Keep abreast of incentive programs and strive to qualify for and maximize financial rewards associated with successful SAP AI-enabled TaaS implementations and partnership milestones. Market Awareness: Stay informed about SAP and IBM market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends to provide clients with expert advice and anticipate their evolving needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, developers, project managers, and sales, to ensure the effective execution of SAP AI-enabled TaaS strategies, projects, and initiatives. Team Development and Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and team members, share knowledge, encourage growth, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This position is classified as hybrid. Your designated work location has been assigned based on business needs. You will perform your primary duties in a combination of office locations, client sites, and remote work. The specific number of in-office days will be determined by your management team. Any changes to this work arrangement must be approved by your manager prior to implementation. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate or SAP Certified Technology Associate, are preferred. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in SAP solutions focusing on testing, automation, and quality assurance; deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in testing; expertise in AI-driven testing tools like Tricentis Tosca and SAP-specific testing solutions; familiarity with Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) methodologies and best practices. Professional Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts; strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills; capability to lead technical discussions and facilitate consensus. Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP testing, architecture, or implementation roles, with a focus on AI-driven testing and TaaS. Leadership Potential: A demonstrated ability to progress into a senior leadership role, highlighting successful mentoring of junior team members, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
