As a Decision Science Consultant, you will be at the intersection of Industry & Functional expertise and cutting-edge AI techniques. Your key responsibilities will include: Driving initiatives in Data Science, AI, and Analytics. Collaborating with teams at various locations to execute projects effectively. Connecting business and technical domains to align with strategic objectives. Engaging with analytics stakeholders to understand needs and build strong relationships. Supporting business development efforts for AI and Data Science solutions. Building and customizing predictive models and analytics solutions tailored to industry-specific challenges. Partnering with Accenture's network across strategy and technology teams in delivery processes. Identifying AI opportunities within industries, making business cases, evaluating ROI, and outlining transformation roadmaps. Guiding organizations on responsible AI integration and governance, including training users and measuring outcome success. This role requires willingness to travel up to 80% based on client requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in developing decision-making frameworks and insights. 3+ years in high-value consulting or relevant internal consulting roles. Proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines independently. Track record in large-scale delivery of data-driven solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, AWS, Azure). Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of agent-based modeling and reinforcement learning is a plus. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English. A demonstrated knack for bringing innovative ideas into projects. A Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage. Accenture's compensation is competitive and varies by role, skill set, and experience level. This position may be located in various cities, with specific salary ranges based on location.
