This role requires a licensed professional who can independently diagnose, repair, install, and maintain complex refrigeration and HVAC systems in the field.You can live anywhere in the MA/S. New Hampshire area and will be dispatched from home with a work truck. This company has several multi-million dollar commercial and industrial jobs in the area.Key ResponsibilitiesService, repair, troubleshoot, and install commercial and industrial refrigeration systemsWork on RTUs, boilers, VRF systems, heat pumps, split systems, and related equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and emergency repairsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationEnsure all work complies with Massachusetts state regulations and federal safety standardsCommunicate clearly with project managers, customers, and team membersRequired QualificationsMassachusetts Refrigeration Technician (RT) Journeyman LicenseLicense must be active and verifiable through the Massachusetts Department of LaborEPA 608 Certification (required by state and federal law)OSHA-10 CertificationHot Work CertificationOSHA Silica CertificationProven experience in commercial and industrial environments onlyAbility to independently repair, fix, and install refrigeration and HVAC systemsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsValid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the service areaWhat We OfferSteady commercial and industrial work (no residential)Professional, safety-focused work environmentLong-term opportunity with consistent hoursFull benefits
