Provide attic and crawlspace services, such as encapsulation and insulation. Perform light carpentry work. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers. Maintain company equipment and complete reports via a handheld device. What's In It for You: Competitive pay starting at $20+ per hour (based on experience). What We're Looking For: Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance is preferred. A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. A team player who maintains a positive and professional attitude. The ability to work independently and effectively manage your daily schedule. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Able to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided by the company). Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
