Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHighland Cabinetry is exploding with opportunity for experienced Supply Chain & Purchasing team memberOur company manufactures quality products and is a leader of Wholesale Cabinetry. Highland Cabinetry strives to create a progressive environment that is ripe with earning and learning potential. Working as a Supply Chain & Purchasing team member, the objective is to provide a seamless process of all inventory purchases and global inventory initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a captivating personality and an impressive work ethic. They will be able to appropriately execute current procedures and affectively evaluate and implement new procedures to ensure proper movement of all inbound inventory and stocking.Position Responsibilities Submit Purchase Orders based on approved reorder points, safety stock levels, and purchasing schedules.Maintain an up‑to‑date Open PO Tracker, including expected ship dates, ETAs, delays, and supplier confirmations.Receive all Purchase Orders in NetSuite, ensuring accurate quantities, costs, and item receipts.Update internal inventory and purchasing reports, including MOH, inbound inventory, and SKU movement categories.Monitor and update overseas production and shipping tracking, ensuring accurate timelines for delivery to Phoenix, AZ.Communicate with overseas suppliers regarding production status, shipping documents, and container schedules.Track and monitor all drop‑ship orders to customers, ensuring timely fulfillment and resolving discrepancies.Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and account management teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound inventory flow.Maintain accurate digital records of POs, invoices, shipping documents, and receipts.Support purchasing leadership with data pulls, reporting updates, and process improvements. Position Requirements Experience in purchasing, inventory control, supply chain, or related administrative roles.Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (preferred).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.Ability to manage multiple open orders, deadlines, and supplier communications.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.Strong communication skills and comfort working with international suppliers.Understanding of lead times, logistics, and inventory movement concepts (training provided).
