Float Pharmacist Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Fulfill customers' prescription needs with a focus on accuracy and patient safety. Administer vaccines as required and provide comprehensive patient counseling. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, including HIPAA regulations. Maintain a professional and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to cleanliness and operational standards. Work to understand the community's needs, including competition and customer expectations. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the efficient operation of the pharmacy, following company policies. Maintain accurate records for controlled substances and ensure compliance with security protocols. Utilize accuracy tools effectively to uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. Communicate with customers, staff, and vendors in a friendly and cooperative manner. Continuously seek to improve personal knowledge and pharmacy skills in a dynamic work environment. Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing, Effective communication skills, Basic math proficiency, Ability to handle stressful situations.
