Highlights of Your Role: Estimate and price material take-offs for various building projects including decks, garages, post frames, houses, and commercial structures. Create basic concept floor plans to aid project visualization. Generate window and door sales from take-offs for new homes, remodels, and commercial projects. Conduct service follow-ups on job sites and collaborate with vendors to ensure customer satisfaction. Deliver outstanding customer service to contractors and customers alike. Assist customers throughout the store and lumberyard. You're a Great Fit if You Have: Experience with estimating for building projects and materials. Ability to read blueprints and drawings for accurate take-offs and pricing. Prior sales experience is helpful. Strong problem-solving skills and good listening abilities. Knowledge in window and door products is advantageous. A high school diploma or higher, with previous drafting coursework or experience in the building trades or retail lumber preferred.
