As a Tactical Security Officer, you will maintain physical readiness throughout your entire shift, actively patrolling diverse environments such as retail spaces, airports, and detention centers. Why Join Us: Site Location: Phoenix, AZ Set Schedule Options: 2pm - 10pm Wed - Sun (40 hours/week) or 2pm - 10pm Sat - Wed (40 hours/week) or 6am - 2pm Wed - Sun (40 hours/week) Competitive Pay: $20.50/hour with DailyPay available for employees! A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Opportunities for career advancement at GardaWorld Uniforms provided at no cost Key Responsibilities: Patrol designated areas to detect any suspicious behavior Verify identities and control access to secure zones Respond swiftly to threats or incidents Ensure alarms and cameras are functioning properly Document incidents and actions taken React to alarms and conduct on-site evaluations Work alongside law enforcement during critical incidents Uphold the safety and security of individuals and property Qualifications: Authorized to work in the U.S. Documentation showing high school diploma or GED Successful completion of an extensive screening process First aid certification is a plus Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus!
