Die Cutter Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Die Cutter Operator to support folding carton production by operating die cutting equipment with blanking capability. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient machine performance, producing high-quality products, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate brings strong technical experience, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot die cutting machines to meet production schedules and quality requirements Perform make-ready adjustments including dies, registration, stripping, and pressure settings Monitor machine performance, maintain production speed, and address issues such as jams or material inconsistencies Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, proper cutting, and compliance with specifications Complete required production and quality documentation accurately and on time Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards including ISO, cGMP, and HACCP guidelines Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate concerns to leadership Assist with training new operators and supporting team members as needed Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow Qualifications Minimum of 3 years offline die cutting experience (folding cartons required) Hands-on experience with die cutters equipped with blanking capability Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust machines for optimal performance Ability to lift 60+ lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts Basic math and computer skills Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Willingness to rotate shifts and work overtime as business needs require Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing/production environment Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions required Use of personal protective equipment as required IND2
