Dining Operations Manager

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is searching for a passionate and experienced Dining Operations Manager to lead and enhance the daily operations of our restaurant. The Manager will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, mentoring staff across all departments, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Your focus will ensure seamless, efficient service that prioritizes guest satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for training team members in service excellence, food service practices, and operational standards to guarantee a consistent and elevated dining experience. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, a hands-on leadership style, and a proactive approach to swiftly and effectively resolving guest concerns. Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage all front-of-house operations and staff to maintain service excellence. Oversee seating arrangements, guest interactions, and the smooth flow of service. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Handle payment processing, cash management, and financial recordkeeping with accuracy. Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure effective communication and timely service. Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members for growth in service skills. Address guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and care. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house atmosphere. Qualifications and Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing casual or fine dining restaurants. Knowledge of food service and production techniques. Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
