As a key member of the connected supply chain team at PwC, your primary goal will be to optimize supply chain functions and nurture collaboration. You will work closely with clients to evaluate their supply chain processes, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and design strategies aimed at increasing efficiency, lowering costs, and improving responsiveness. Your technological prowess and data analytics skills will be vital in creating an agile, connected supply chain network. As a trusted advisor, you will harness your expertise and influence to drive outstanding results. Your leadership and coaching abilities will be paramount as you navigate complex challenges. Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering Minimum Years of Experience: 7 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration Certification(s) Preferred: APICS, APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, ISC CPSD Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Experience in designing and implementing Kinaxis technology for tangible industry outcomes. Strong grasp of demand planning, forecast development, and their effects on inventory and costs. Capacity to present complex supply chain analytics in straightforward terms. Experience in quantitative analysis with solid problem-solving and context management skills. In addition, proven leadership qualities are required, including: Understanding of Kinaxis planning and control tower tools. Familiarity with demand planning processes and execution. Experience with demand and supply planning in sectors such as CPG manufacturing, Industrial Products, Paper and Pulp, and Pharma Life Sciences. Inventory management expertise with tiered inventory levels and cost optimization strategies. Ability to align supply plans with corporate objectives. Knowledge of key performance indicators and tools supporting sales and operations planning. Assessing and enhancing supply planning processes to meet demand while achieving inventory goals. Development and execution of supply chain and capacity planning optimizations. Experience with global inventory management practices. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, influenced by individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
