Job Description Join our team as a Project Manager for Low Voltage Systems, where you will lead the design, installation, and commissioning of essential low voltage systems including structured cabling, BMS, security, networking, and controls for both new and retrofit data center projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring project success while adhering to Oracle's security, operational, and quality standards. This position requires onsite presence in Saline, MI. Responsibilities Manage the planning, installation, and commissioning of all low voltage systems for data center projects. Collaborate effectively with developers and general contractors, ensuring compliance with technical standards. Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor quality, project progress, and integration with other systems. Manage project schedules and drive the delivery of low voltage workstreams, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Review and validate budgets, invoices, and change orders in partnership with project controls teams. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to swiftly address issues and support decision-making. Ensure all low voltage activities comply with relevant codes, security requirements, and company policies. Lead the commissioning and turnover processes, ensuring systems are operational and thoroughly documented. Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices in project delivery. Mentor team members involved in low voltage scopes, fostering technical growth and collaboration. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
