Interact with potential and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism and enthusiasm. Tailor sales messaging to meet the specific lawn care needs of each household. Convert inquiries into sales using established methodologies and processes. Document interactions and measure performance with a CRM system to track activities and results. Cross-sell and upsell effectively by highlighting how customers can enhance their lawn care. What You'll Bring - Your drive to succeed and exceptional people skills are essential, as you engage with homeowners at every doorstep. A high school diploma or GED required (while experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, your enthusiasm and dedication matter most). A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Excellent communication skills, whether it's making small talk or closing deals. Strong time management abilities and a self-motivated mindset. Comfort with technology and mobile devices for tracking interactions.
