You’ll collaborate with clients across various sectors from health systems to medical devices. How You Will Contribute In this role, you will lead a team as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients on complex engagements. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing project delivery and managing engagement economics, including budget, billing, and collections. Creating financial models and presenting analysis to clients. Enhancing client tracking tools and developing KPIs for operational performance improvement. Understanding health plan financial drivers to provide insights and drive results. Participating in industry events and enhancing our brand through networking. Collaborating with the sales team on proposals and pitches. Leading project plans and ensuring timely deliverables. Maintaining high-quality client communication and relationship management. Providing crisis management guidance and creating actionable solutions. Mentoring junior staff and fostering their development. Identifying client issues and implementing efficient resolution strategies. Engaging in high-level conversations about strategic client challenges. Developing sustainable transition plans for clients. Designing health plan business models that prioritize growth. Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will be part of a passionate team aiming for transformative change in healthcare. Qualifications At least eight years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or managed care. A BA/BS or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields. Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; experience with data analysis tools preferred. Ability to develop financial models and forecasts. Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous. Expertise in operational performance metrics and cash flow forecasting. A commitment to mentoring and supporting junior staff. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with all client levels. A solid understanding of healthcare finance and operations. Willingness to travel as necessary. High-energy individuals with a passion for addressing complex healthcare issues.
