Join Pfizer’s innovative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Audience Center of Excellence team, where we redefine engagement strategies for health care providers (HCP), consumers, and patients. As part of the Chief Marketing Office (CMO), we collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, relevant messages that foster deep relationships and support positive health outcomes globally. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Management who will play a pivotal role in developing world-class direct response strategies. You will partner with product and brand marketing teams to translate their marketing objectives into effective CRM channel strategies, utilizing email, direct mail, SMS, and more. This position combines creativity and data-driven execution, leveraging advanced segmentation, automation, and personalization techniques to create impactful communications. The role will also incorporate AI tools to enhance campaign efficacy across various media. Develop and drive CRM strategies that cultivate deeper relationships with key audiences for our critical brands. Collaborate with diverse commercial brand teams and cross-functional partners to execute and analyze CRM-related strategies and activities. Implement comprehensive strategies to manage Pfizer’s interactions with targeted audiences across multiple touchpoints, optimizing customer journeys and personalization. Define the necessary data attributes for CRM personalization and work cross-functionally to implement strategies. Lead the development of targeted CRM initiatives that sustain HCP engagement and encourage ongoing prescription writing behaviors. Create CRM learning agendas and measurement plans, performing segment-level tests to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization. Partner with various teams, including product marketing and analytics, to craft data-driven omni-channel communications tailored to individual needs. Enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to journey planning, activation, measurement, and optimization. Identify friction points in omnichannel journeys and develop solutions to enhance engagement and lifetime value. Audit existing lifecycle content and develop strategies to improve content quality and effectiveness. Lead the creation of compelling CRM campaigns, including message maps and creative briefs. Manage CRM campaign operations, ensuring successful deployment and tracking status through execution systems. Participate actively in cross-functional project meetings, steering the agenda related to CRM tactics and next steps. Build relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies to drive successful execution of CRM initiatives. Contribute to fostering a strong culture of innovation within the Chief Marketing Office. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging CRM technologies, identifying opportunities for growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across media, product marketing, customer engagements, and analytics. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree with over 7 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of CRM strategies and principles, focusing on customer segmentation and personalization. Proven experience in designing and executing CRM campaigns and customer journeys. Ability to test and optimize campaigns to improve response rates and ROI. Demonstrated customer-centric mindset and willingness to experiment. Strong collaborative and communication skills; capable of influencing diverse stakeholders. Proficient in modular design systems, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS General knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Experience with launching customer-centric innovations. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus. For Tampa, FL, the annual base salary ranges from $108,700.00 to $181,100.00. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs.
