In this position, you will manage relationships and lead the full sales and account management process within a designated SLED territory. Your Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to your assigned accounts. Exemplify our commitment to Relativity's Core Values in all interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and best practices for sales success. Utilize Salesforce for tracking the sales process and providing updates on sales and renewal pipelines. Coordinate resources and align teams effectively throughout the sales lifecycle. Become a subject matter expert in our products, the industry, and the law firm segment. Create compelling, value-driven business cases customized for your accounts. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, sales presentations, and business reviews to customer leadership. Consistently exceed sales quotas by executing strategic account plans and managing expansion opportunities. Strengthen executive-level relationships with both new and existing customer accounts. What You'll Bring A minimum of 5 years of proven success in quota-carrying, full-cycle sales within an enterprise software environment. Strong alignment with Relativity's Core Values. A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication skills that convey empathy, clarity, and accuracy. A structured approach to the sales and account management processes. A track record of high performance in territory planning, strategic account management, and meeting sales quotas. Experience in complex solution selling and customer success management, particularly in aligning client processes with our offerings. Background in SLED sales. Familiarity with eDiscovery and SaaS sales. Compensation Information Relativity is dedicated to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position includes competitive on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $179,000 to $269,000. The final OTE will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
