Key Responsibilities Leverage your knowledge of CarMax inventory to help customers find the perfect vehicle. Guide customers through every step of the buying process, from appraisals to test drives and financing arrangements. Complete the necessary documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers. CarMax offers a competitive wage for new Sales Consultants during training and for the first 640 hours of sales. After this period, commissions will become your primary source of income.
