The Amazon Specialized Business Security (SBS) organization is looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This is a trusted and vital partnership role that requires autonomy, sound judgment, and discretion. You will go beyond typical calendar management, deeply embedding yourself within the business to anticipate needs, influence outcomes, and empower leaders to scale effectively. This role demands high-level coordination with senior leadership teams, including the SVP and S-team front offices, and at times, the CEO's office. As the face of the front office, you will manage sensitive priorities and ensure seamless alignment during critical engagements. In addition to direct executive support, you will play a key leadership role for a team of EAs, setting standards, establishing operating rhythms, and promoting consistency across the SBS organization. Your influence, mentorship, and leading by example will be vital as you develop others within the team. Over time, this role will include the responsibility of managing a direct report EA to assist with front office tasks. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal judgment, have the ability to navigate ambiguity, and be dedicated to fostering the growth of others while driving important business outcomes. This position requires on-site presence five days a week. Manage complex calendar and scheduling tasks. Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements. Coordinate and submit expense reports. Proactively identify and address issues, opportunities, and solutions. Organize, plan, and execute team activities, including meetings and social events. Track key deliverables and follow up on overdue items. Collaborate with Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) to manage team spaces. Lead the hiring and development of fellow EAs. Foster a positive and enjoyable work environment. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. C-level executive calendar management experience. A minimum of 8 years providing support at senior leadership levels. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Team management experience. Experience in a matrixed organizational structure. Our office is located at: USA, WA, Seattle. The base salary for this position ranges from $98,700.00 to $160,000.00 annually. Your compensation package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on various factors including experience and qualifications.
