Position Summary As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in assisting the General Manager and the team in overseeing daily operations. You will help lead the crew to ensure all tasks align with our business goals while maintaining a high standard of service. Essential Functions Your responsibilities may include: Delivering a top-notch product and exceptional customer service for total satisfaction. Enhancing the skills and performance of all Crew Members. Supporting sales growth and minimizing costs by leading shift activities. Adhering to all company policies and procedures concerning business and personnel practices. Modeling and promoting company values. Exhibiting excellent communication abilities and engaging effectively with different contacts. Participating in training programs to stay updated on industry trends. Attending company meetings and participating in webinars. Taking on additional duties or projects as needed in response to changing business needs. Position Qualifications/Core Competencies To be successful in this role, you should have: 2-3 years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry. A High School Diploma or GED. Strong planning and time management skills. Team-building and leadership abilities. Problem-solving and investigative skills. Capability to manage cash handling issues. Reliable personal transportation along with a valid driver’s license and insurance. A reliable method of communication with the restaurant, including an open door policy. Bilingual skills are a plus. Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with a focus on process improvement. Work Environment You'll work in a fast-paced environment alongside kitchen equipment in close quarters. Physical Demands You should be prepared to: Stand for extended periods. Bend and stoop as necessary. Work around heat sources. Lift 50 - 75 lbs comfortably. Handle various cleaning products.
