As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers while supporting your team. About the Role: Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by managing daily shifts effectively. Take ownership of operational tasks and collaborate with your team to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction is always the top priority. Execute daily operational routines and ensure all responsibilities related to team management and customer service are met. Assist team members in completing their assigned tasks efficiently. Uphold the company’s standards of appearance and uniformity among staff. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain order accuracy. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and positively. Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for customers. Exhibit urgency and efficiency in all tasks. Collaborate effectively with management and colleagues. Foster a cooperative team atmosphere. Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Attendance Expectations: Adhere to the posted work schedule, arriving on time and prepared to work. Record hours worked accurately using the approved timekeeping system. Have reliable transportation to and from work. Proactive Attitude: Take initiative and act without needing direction; maintain a high energy level. Team Development: Provide constructive feedback to the RGM about team performance. Engage in training and mentoring of team members. Offer support and conflict resolution in team dynamics. Act with Ownership: Assist with profit management by adhering to cash control and inventory procedures. Supervise food preparation, ensuring adherence to rotation and quality standards. Support RGM in maintaining the facility and adhering to safety regulations. Perform additional duties as needed. Requirements: Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position. Must be at least 18 years old. Pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation is essential. Ability to perform basic business math. Capable of stocking shelves and managing inventory. Able to supervise team members and provide direction. Physically able to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
