In this dynamic role, you'll assist customers with their glass repair and replacement needs while providing exceptional service that keeps them coming back.Responsibilities:Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm.Schedule appointments for glass repair and installation services efficiently.Process customer orders and payments accurately and promptly.Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective solutions.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.Stay updated on industry trends and company services to provide informed assistance.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or service environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.Proficient in using computer system and customer management software.
