Our Private Duty Agency offices typically operate within a Brookdale Senior Living Community, offering numerous full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. Enjoy the benefit of same-day interviews! Provide one-on-one companionship for our residents. Assist with non-medical hands-on care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and personal care assistance. This role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Note that temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but can participate in our 401(k) program. Your Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with community management to deliver personalized care to seniors and provide resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift. Assist residents with dining, personal care needs, check vital signs, and perform clinical procedures in accordance with community policy. Support residents with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing, and grooming).
