Collaborating with a team of technicians to successfully complete projects. Providing attic and crawlspace services, including insulation and encapsulation. Performing light carpentry work. Communicating effectively with customers. Maintaining company equipment and completing reports through a handheld device. What We're Looking For: Candidates with preferred experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance. Strong work ethic and dedication to outstanding customer service. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience using a metal brake for bending or shaping metal components. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided). Physical capability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
