As an important member of our leadership team, the Clinical Nurse Manager Assistant plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day clinic operations, leading staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will also oversee the WelbeHealth RN Case Manager program, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional health services. In your daily responsibilities, you will: Oversee the delivery and quality of nursing services for participants Provide leadership and manage performance of LVNs and MAs, ensuring they practice to the fullest extent of their training Manage clinic operations and care delivery, addressing both acute and chronic participant needs Assist participants and families in resolving care-related concerns and uphold high-quality service standards Lead and mentor your direct reports through hiring, training, and supervision Adhere to legal and professional practice standards Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; BSN preferred At least five (5) years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with elderly or frail populations Knowledgeable and experienced in managing complex clinical situations A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate leader who can inspire and support their team, ensuring goals are consistently met. The salary range for this position is $129,969 - $158,617 annually, plus bonuses.
