In this role, you will greet, seat, and serve our guests with warmth and attentiveness. Your responsibilities will include taking and delivering orders, promoting menu items, and swiftly addressing any guest concerns to ensure complete satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Consistently embody Denny’s Vision, Mission, and Guiding Principles. Serve guests with a sense of urgency; meet service cycle timing standards. Greet guests promptly and acknowledge them upon their departure. Assist with the seating of guests, following established procedures. Achieve sales goals through effective suggestive selling techniques. Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system. Prepare drinks, appetizers, salads, and desserts. Ensure orders are complete and beautifully presented. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to our standards. Attend to guests throughout their dining experience with courtesy. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items and products. Utilize proper telephone etiquette when assisting with reservations.
