Property Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our operations by traveling to multiple sites in your own company vehicle and addressing work orders and apartment turnovers within our communities. Perform landscaping work as required. Conduct janitorial duties as needed. Carry out light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Assist with appliance repairs. Provide excellent customer service. Manage snow and salt removal duties. Participate in rotating on-call duties in the Lehigh Valley area. Possible eligibility for an on-call bonus! Preferred Qualifications: Prior residential maintenance experience is a plus. Possess a working mobile phone. Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
