As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through every step of the mortgage application process. From initial loan approval to final closing, you will offer personalized insights and advice that cater to each client's unique needs. Building strong relationships is essential, and you will keep clients informed of their progress throughout their mortgage journey. Your key responsibilities will include: Using your banking and lending knowledge to recommend the mortgage solutions that best fit client needs. Applying your sales skills to develop a strong pipeline of prospects and transform leads into satisfied clients. Utilizing your interpersonal abilities to create partnerships that draw clients to our diverse array of mortgage products. Ensuring transparent communication to keep clients updated on their mortgage loan status at every phase of the process. We are excited to hear from you if you: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a demonstrated success record in high-volume mortgage sales. Are NMLS registered. Compensation Information: The compensation range for this role is $20,600.00 - $208,200.00. This range reflects UMB's standard but may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and role-related experience.
