Job Description As an Automotive Service Technician, reporting to the Store and Service Managers, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by conducting a variety of basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks. Your focus will be on inspecting vehicles for potential issues and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Utilizing in-depth automotive repair knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicle issues. Delivering outstanding service to customers, reflecting our commitment to quality. Performing skilled mechanical work and diagnosing problems accurately. Inspecting, replacing, and repairing defective parts while conducting preventative maintenance on automobiles. Staying updated with new automotive technologies through continuous learning. Exemplifying the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who possess: A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service, mechanic work, or engine diagnostics. ASE Certification is a plus but not mandatory. Own technician tools. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate vehicles safely. The capability to pass a pre-employment background screening. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exemplary customer service skills and a passion for building lasting relationships with customers. Willingness to work on Saturdays. Additional Information All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending. Ability to exert 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently. Engagement in constant pushing and/or pulling of materials.
