You are: A digital finance leader with an inquisitive mindset, keen to understand clients' businesses with a client-focused approach. You excel in addressing intricate CFO challenges by synchronizing financial strategies with overarching business objectives. Your finance expertise and innovative problem-solving abilities make you a reliable advisor to senior leadership. The work: Consult with both internal and external teams to help clients modernize their finance functions by defining vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes. Provide CFOs with data and insights to forge compelling narratives for change and drive shareholder value. Analyze client challenges, applying leading practices to deliver solutions for complex business problems. Act as a Subject Matter Advisor for other projects and proposals based on your specialization. Manage engagement risks, project economics, and deliverable content while ensuring client buy-in. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Foster innovation among team members; support their ideas and professional aspirations. Devise strategies and blueprints using advanced operating models, processes, and new technologies to redefine how work is executed. Guide clients through digital transformations aimed at improving efficiency, effectiveness, experience, and growth by identifying necessary skills, data, operating models, process automation, analytics, workflows, and enabling technologies (such as FinTech apps, AI, ML, and GenAI). Source modern technology and data solutions for clients and disseminate best practices across the industry. Contribute to the growth of the practice by engaging in significant business development activities. Stay informed on trends, technologies, and regulations shaping digital finance and the CFO ecosystem. Drive incremental sales by leading and assembling the necessary teams to respond to proposals. Here's what you need: At least 8 years of finance and/or accounting experience, including management consulting. Substantial engagement management experience along with business, practice, and people development. A strong desire to understand clients' industries and businesses, converting insights into tailored finance solutions aligned with their strategies. Curiosity about emerging technologies and their potential to enhance experiences for Finance employees and outcomes for Finance stakeholders. Experience in designing finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, reporting, data, and analytics operating models across various aspects such as talent, process, data, and technology. A solid grasp of the Finance function, operating models, supporting organizations, process best practices, and key interactions with non-finance stakeholders and third parties. A proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, document requirements, and present compelling value propositions and business cases. Experience leading solutioning and problem-solving workshops with clients. Able to effectively interface with senior-level clients as an individual contributor and as part of a team. A strong background in one of the following industries: Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Energy, Health, High-Tech Industrial, or Utilities. Bachelor's degree. Bonus points if: You have extensive Finance transformation experience across numerous Finance function areas. You are knowledgeable about Finance technology and data solutions relevant to accounting, tax, treasury, planning, and reporting & analytics. You are familiar with modern technologies and tools (e.g., Gen AI) and can explain them to CFOs in straightforward terms. You have experience with ERP/EPM technology platforms and are knowledgeable about SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, and One Stream applications, along with understanding the interdependencies within the finance technology landscape. You possess an MBA or other advanced degree. Compensation at our company varies based on various factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
