We currently operate Bobst equipment and are investing in expanded converting capacity. This role requires the ability to step in and run immediately with minimal ramp-up time.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate die cuttersAchieve tight registration and clean stripping performanceReduce setup waste and maximize running speedsTroubleshoot cutting, stripping, and feeding issuesMaintain die integrity and ensure accurate blankingLead assistants and maintain workflow disciplinePerform preventative maintenanceQualificationsMinimum 5 to 10 years operating die cutters in carton manufacturingExperience with Bobst or equivalent machineryStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to maintain high output while controlling wasteLeadership capabilityWhat We ExpectPerformance-driven mindsetTechnical command of the machineRelentless focus on output and precisionAccountability for department results
