Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of conference Staff for an upcoming high-volume, innovative sales event in Fort Worth, Texas, taking place Sunday, March 8th 2026, to Wednesday, March 11th, 2026.This is a great opportunity for those looking to join our roster, as Fort Worth/Dallas is an active market for us, and we will have additional opportunities in 2026. We provide a fun, collaborative, and positive work environment!Job Description This event is a large sales conference being held at the Fort Worth Convention Center (1201 Houston St, Fort Worth, TX 76102).Staff will be responsible for various conference roles, including registration, coat check, office assistance, etc.Pay is $21/hour - we pay weekly via direct deposit!Free parking will be provided on site.Staff must wear a black collared shirt and black slacks with black or solid colored shoes. Note: Staff may be placed in various conference roles on-site. Ideal candidate has availability March 9th - March 11th.Shift Dates & TimesSCHEDULE 1 Sun 3/8: Registration (Ideally English/Spanish Speaking): 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Mon 3/9: Registration (Ideally English/Spanish Speaking): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tues 3/10: Registration (Ideally English/Spanish Speaking): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wed 3/11: Registration (Ideally English/Spanish Speaking): 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM SCHEDULE 2 Mon 3/9: Sales Office Assistant: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tues 3/10: Sales Office Assistant: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wed 3/11: Sales Office Assistant: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM SCHEDULE 3 Mon 3/9: Registration: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tues 3/10: Registration: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wed 3/11: Registration: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM SCHEDULE 4 Tues 3/10: Box Handler/Floater: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Must be comfortable and able to lift 50+ lbs)Wed 3/11: Box Handler/Floater: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Must be comfortable and able to lift 50+ lbs) Job Requirements Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.Strong technical aptitude: Must be comfortable navigating tablet-based apps and inputting data accurately in a fast-paced, live environment.Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.Limited phone use during shifts.Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing. Ideal Candidates Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred.Flexible and adaptable, as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
