We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Management - AI Solutions to spearhead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our AI-driven products. In this role, you will align business needs with sophisticated technologies, such as machine learning and generative AI, while enhancing the customer experience and unlocking innovative solutions built on our existing data investments like PostgreSQL. Your Impact Will Include: Define the Integrated Strategy: Develop and execute a cutting-edge AI strategy that supports our growth objectives. This strategy will integrate AI capabilities across all products and customer interactions, transforming the user experience with generative AI to set us apart in the market. Elevate Analytics as the AI Foundation: Lead the advancement of our data and analytics offerings to establish a scalable, trusted foundation for AI and machine learning workloads. Drive Commercial Results: Own the strategy for creating and launching AI-powered products and features that address critical customer needs, ensuring measurable business outcomes and commercial success. Be the Industry Evangelist: Establish yourself as a prominent leader in the AI and analytics sectors, representing EDB at executive and media events to build our reputation for innovation in data and AI. Build Strategic Alliances: Forge significant relationships within the Postgres OSS Community, AI researchers, analysts, and technology partners to keep EDB at the forefront of advancements in AI and data. Lead and Inspire Teams: Collaborate closely with Engineering and Sales to enhance product delivery while inspiring and mentoring a high-performing product management team to cultivate a culture of data-driven creativity and constant innovation. What You Will Bring: Dual-Domain Expertise: Proven experience in product leadership and strategic growth, with a track record of successfully commercializing AI-driven services in a dynamic technology or database environment. Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem (ML, generative AI, vector databases) and large-scale data analytics (data warehousing and lakehouse architectures). Results Orientation: History of launching integrated AI/Analytics products that deliver measurable commercial results and exceptional value for customers. Executive Communication: Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts into compelling business strategies for executive and customer audiences.
