What you bring to the table: Supervisory experience in food service or retail, particularly in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector. Must be at least 18 years old for managerial positions. A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer demands. Physical capability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy items; ability to stand and walk for entire shifts; and navigate confined spaces safely while using restaurant equipment. Compensation is based on skills and experience. The starting pay will vary based on skills, experience, location, and factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation for new hires in this role varies as follows: Other locations: $8.00 to $20.00 per hour Maryland: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour New York: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour New York City: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Cincinnati, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour Toledo, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
