JOIN THE ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TEAM Advise rapidly growing entities and renowned organizations, including both publicly traded and private companies, on various transformational Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects using top-tier tools such as OneStream XF, Oracle Hyperion, and Oracle EPM Cloud. Partner with leaders at Highspring to provide integrated services supporting clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO. Your Role and Contributions As a Senior Consultant, engage directly with clients to translate their business needs into tailored systems, applications, or process designs for diverse CPM solutions, ensuring effective integration. Support the CPM practice with deal shaping efforts, including discovery sessions, demonstrations, and insightful analysis. Facilitate clients’ processes and requirements into CPM solutions, emphasizing systems integrations and recommending top solutions. Prepare clients to leverage OneStream efficiently by analyzing operational changes, creating and delivering training, and executing testing plans. Manage end-to-end OneStream projects, ensuring alignment with clients' tactical and strategic objectives throughout the project lifecycle. Actively contribute to deployment activities by offering technical guidance to the project team and collaborating with business units to align planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements with OneStream best practices. Foster strong customer relationships by providing continuous support, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues. Collaborate with project managers and teams, ensuring all essential information is conveyed, team input is collected, and open issues and action items are addressed efficiently. Continually enhance your expertise through educational initiatives, self-directed learning, professional literature, networking, and engagement in professional organizations. Lead projects focusing on critical data management, governance, dashboard monitoring, data quality, lineage tracking, and mapping processes. Conduct interviews with client stakeholders to identify process and data challenges effectively. Document and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and implement large-scale analytical platforms tailored to clients’ needs. Create operational guidelines and data management policies to ensure data excellence and control. Prepare model documentation and implementation roadmaps while executing knowledge transfers. Oversee OneStream project deliveries, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Conduct operational assessments to evaluate clients’ enterprise processes, technology, and organization, facilitating optimal operating models that add value to the CFO organization. Collaborate across various teams including accounting, FP&A, and operations. Engage in deployment activities by guiding project teams and developing training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience with OneStream XF in professional services or industry settings. Experience in Consolidation and Budgeting processes. Knowledge of data management and/or data architecture. Experience presenting insights to C-suite executives. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team environment. Willingness to learn continuously and share knowledge with peers. Ability to travel up to 25% as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience implementing Hyperion and/or Host Analytics within professional services or industry. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or a related field. Understanding of interoperability among CP products and industry best practices. Proven expertise in business analysis, decision-making, and effective collaboration with all management levels. Successful history in strategic initiatives such as business process re-engineering, business case development, and organizational design. Six Sigma or PMP certification. Familiarity with various software development lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile) and their related artifacts. Experience analyzing client environments focusing on technology strategies, architecture, structures, and processes. Ability to address issues in imperfect data and processes effectively. Experience with data conversions, integrations, reporting, and custom solutions. Compensation for this position may vary based on various factors, including skills, experience, geographic location, and business needs. As mandated by local law, the anticipated salary range for this role is $70,446 to $140,311 USD. Additional bonuses and financial incentives based on individual and company performance may also be available.
