Job Description Join Oracle Health as the Chief of Staff, where you will play a pivotal role as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team. Your primary goal is to enhance our operational strategies and execution, driving a mission centered on creating a human-centric healthcare experience through streamlined decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Operations & Execution Design and lead business cadences, including All-Hands meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and leadership retreats. Establish and monitor organizational objectives and key results (OKRs & KPIs) to ensure alignment with the broader Oracle Health roadmap. Manage special projects that hold high impact, including those without a natural home, such as post-acquisition integrations or market expansions. 2. Executive Communication Draft internal and external communications, including keynote scripts, board presentations, and white papers representing leadership. Act as the main contact for the executive office, managing requests, and ensuring leadership focuses on top-priority initiatives. 3. Product & Clinical Alignment Bridge gaps between Engineering, Clinical Management, and Sales to ensure development aligns with clinical requirements and regulatory standards. Drive initiatives that enhance agility and reduce friction in product development workflows. 4. Data Insights & Analytics Create executive-level dashboards that transform complex operational, product, and commercial data into actionable insights. Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations to analyze trends, pinpoint risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations. 5. Financial Strategy & P&L Oversight Assist in overseeing financial performance across various product lines to ensure alignment with growth and strategic goals. Lead budgeting processes in collaboration with Finance, ensuring that investments support OKRs and long-term objectives. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Operations, or Program Management. Strong understanding of the Healthcare IT landscape, including EMR/EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health insurance technology. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred. Proven ability to convert complex data into actionable insights; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Oracle BI tools is advantageous. Exceptional executive presence; capable of challenging senior leaders and navigating complex corporate dynamics with high emotional intelligence. The salary range for this role is from $109,200 to $223,400 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity.
