As a Property Manager, inspire your team to meet and exceed expectations, ensuring a commitment to our residents. What you'll be responsible for: Lead a team of Leasing Agents and support them in achieving their performance goals. Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure work orders and property turnover meet our high standards. Proactively seek opportunities to increase occupancy rates and maximize resident retention. Develop and implement innovative strategies to thrive in competitive markets. Manage and monitor budget expenditures to ensure maximum return on investment. Communicate key business risks and growth opportunities to the executive team. Organize community engagement events to show appreciation for residents. Maintain the company's reputation by embodying and promoting our Core Values. Who you are: Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management. Passionate about creating a positive impact for your team and the community. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A skilled listener who understands and aligns with team and resident goals. Creative thinker open to new solutions and ideas. Understanding of Fair Housing and related laws including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, ADA, Landlord Tenant Law, and OSHA Standards. Familiarity with property management software like ResMan is a plus. Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance is required. Reliable transportation is necessary. Exude leadership, creating a motivating and enjoyable work atmosphere. Our Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; closed on Sunday. Flexibility to work any day of the week throughout the year is required, as hours may change seasonally based on property needs and resident activities. Physical Demands: Ability to climb stairs up to four flights to access apartments. Ability to walk across multiple acres to tour the community. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
