You’ll guide homeowners through the entire process: product demonstrations, project evaluations, estimates, and closing the sale with confidence.This is a true self-starter role — the harder you work, the more you earn!What You'll Do: Represent Mountain West Windows and Doors with professionalism and energy.Knock doors, canvas neighborhoods, and generate leads through strategic outreach.Guide customers through in-home consultations, including product demonstrations, project proposals, and contract completion.Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Track your progress and customer interactions through CRM tools. What You'll Need: Flexibility to work prime customer interaction hours (4-8 PM Required).High energy, self-discipline, and willingness to hit the pavement daily.Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus but not required).Previous outside sales or canvassing experience preferred.Must pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening (including THC).Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Proficient in working with technology — CRM systems, email, and mobile apps will be part of your daily success.
