Job Description Join our team as a Senior Principal Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle and Charge Services. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise to provide exceptional leadership and innovative solutions across multiple project teams. You will be instrumental in designing Charge Services integrations with systems such as Cerner Patient Accounting and Oracle Health Patient Accounting, ensuring high-quality software solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer business needs to guarantee our Oracle solutions meet their objectives, utilizing your knowledge of industry best practices and product functionalities. You'll exercise your judgment in delivering complex functional and technical solutions while guiding and mentoring project teams. Your ability to influence customer leadership will be crucial for key decision-making processes. In addition, you will support business development by identifying new opportunities and recommending solutions to intricate customer challenges. Your expertise will encompass multiple product families, allowing you to architect and design technology solutions that positively impact our clients. Responsibilities Lead solution design for Charge Services integrations to meet project objectives. Analyze and identify customer business needs, aligning them with Oracle solutions. Guide project teams through complex implementations and mentor junior consultants. Collaborate with the consulting sales team to provide insights for new business opportunities. Compensation: The hiring range for this position is between $97,500 and $199,500 per annum, with eligibility for bonus and equity opportunities.
