Your Responsibilities: Deliver intensive nutrition counseling and weight management coaching through phone, video, chat, text, and email. Provide medication management support for comorbidities associated with obesity, while working under the supervision of designated physicians. Engage in remote patient monitoring utilizing devices such as scales, blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors, and ketone meters. Assist patients in dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications according to established protocols. Collaborate with team physicians and external providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Quickly build rapport and therapeutic alliances with a diverse range of patients. Utilize motivational interviewing and other techniques to foster positive behavior change. Consistently achieve program metrics while upholding high standards of quality care. Timely complete all required documentation. Qualifications: Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, with a valid state license where applicable. Willingness to obtain necessary state licenses for member coverage. Open to constructive feedback to enhance interactions with patients. A HIPAA-compliant workspace equipped with high-speed internet for secure communication with patients. Proficient in advanced technology, including electronic medical records and various digital tools. Demonstrated ability to adapt communication styles to effectively engage with a diverse patient population. Flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Must not hold full-time employment elsewhere. Must reside in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is highly preferred. Availability during evenings and Saturdays is a plus. Compensation: Hourly Pay: $42-47 based on your experience as a Registered Dietitian. All-inclusive pay structure providing compensation for all work performed, including documentation and administrative tasks. Longevity bonuses: Receive a $500 bonus after 6 months, followed by quarterly bonuses after your one-year mark. Performance incentives: Additional compensation for achieving and surpassing set goals.
