POSITION OVERVIEW Under the guidance of the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, driving sales growth, achieving profit goals, implementing new programs, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the General Manager to develop operational plans that align with company and market strategies, boosting business growth and guest satisfaction. Assist in staffing plans, schedule management, and ensuring comprehensive training and development for all team members. Adapt to the dynamic needs of the business with discretion. Guarantee that all menu items are prepared and served according to Brand Standards. Support the General Manager in maintaining appropriate inventory levels of food and non-food items, applying correct ordering procedures. Champion guest satisfaction by overseeing service standards in a clean and welcoming environment, making adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations within the restaurant. Maintain standards for facility and equipment management through preventive maintenance and adherence to safety and sanitation regulations. Be a role model for Company values and policies, emphasizing safety at all times. Help manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs, and food costs by understanding financial reports and collaborating with the General Manager on improvement plans. Stay informed about local market trends and competition; work with the General Manager to implement effective marketing strategies. Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication and addresses any employee relations issues promptly. Utilize strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and manage relationships effectively, resolving conflicts in a constructive manner. A high level of flexibility and adaptability is essential in this role.
