Provide attic and crawlspace services, including insulation and encapsulation. Perform light carpentry work. Clearly communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance is essential. A strong work ethic combined with a commitment to customer service. A positive, professional attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Capable of working independently while managing a daily schedule. Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Willingness to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided at company expense). Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
