Industry Primary/Secondary Education Type Privately Held Employees 51-200 About the Role The school is actively seeking a passionate and committed School Leadership Executive to be the instructional, cultural, and operational leader of its campus. Our ideal candidate will be an approachable, student-centered leader who is dedicated to educational equity, promoting college access, and recognizing the transformative potential of public education. Key responsibilities include: Implementing a comprehensive strategy to enhance student enrollment and retention. Acting as the school’s public representative and building strong relationships with families and the community. Providing academic and instructional leadership and fostering a positive school culture. Overseeing school operations and budget management. Strengthening enrollment and retention strategies. Creating a clear organizational structure while improving academic rigor and outcomes. The successful candidate will be an effective people manager, a builder of culture, and a strong, consistent communicator. We seek someone with experience in change management, who is organized, detail-oriented, and operationally adept. Familiarity with the education landscape in Delaware and/or Wilmington is a plus, but not required. You will work closely with the Board and Network to support fundraising and advancement efforts and must be ready to navigate through complexities and challenges with resilience, courage, and emotional strength.
