Your role will include troubleshooting, equipment repair, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will oversee AV project execution, operate necessary equipment, manage resource allocation and budgets, conduct room audits, provide operation reports, complete software upgrades, and assist in employee training. Qualifications and Skills: Meticulous attention to detail Experience in hospitality Able to perform effectively under pressure Good understanding of basic AV equipment, including lighting, sound, and projection Basic computer skills Adaptability to changing work demands Professional conduct and appearance Able to lift 50 lbs Positive attitude with enthusiasm and energy Team-oriented mindset Strong coordination and organizational skills Effective planning and time management abilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Your tasks will include: Representing SBMG with professionalism. Treating all guests, clients, and staff with kindness and respect. Performing all duties associated with the role of an SBMG AV technician. Supporting property and existing clients as necessary. Ensuring high-quality service delivery while striving for continuous improvement. Setting up, operating, and dismantling all AV services provided by SBMG. Utilizing time effectively to learn equipment operations. Educating others about SBMG processes when needed. Participating in pre-conference meetings with clients. Managing the setup, calibration, and support for audio and display devices needed for events. Providing immediate technical support and solutions during events. Maintaining organized storerooms and tracking inventory counts. Ensuring the exceptional service level synonymous with SBMG.
