Senior OFSAA Project Lead

Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior OFSAA Project Lead to join our team. This esteemed consulting role involves providing exceptional leadership and innovative solutions throughout project engagements, ensuring high-quality implementations within set timeframes and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong program and project management skills, particularly in modernizing finance solutions with OFSAA applications for financial institutions and/or insurance companies. You will work closely with executive leadership to manage client expectations and proactively address any project risks or issues. Your expertise will also be needed to integrate OFSAA solutions seamlessly with operational systems such as FAH, GL, and Planning & Budgeting. Ideal candidates will have a history of implementing solutions in Banking and Insurance, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to achieve successful deployments of OFSAA products. Strong functional experience with OFSAA FSDF, DIH, GL Recon, and AFCS solutions at significant financial institutions or insurance clients is preferred. Familiarity with OFSAA GL Recon & OFSAA Data Foundation, Oracle Database, SQL, OBIEE/OAS/OAC, DIH/ODI, and solution deployment experience is essential. You should also have strong customer interaction skills with the ability to assess and enhance customer processes and strategies. Experience managing Agile projects and cloud-based implementations is an asset. This role requires exceptional communication abilities, as well as the capability to build rapport with clients and team members. Strong influencing and negotiation skills are necessary, along with a willingness to travel as necessary. Responsibilities Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions align with customer objectives through a combination of industry best practices and product knowledge. Utilize sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for delivering functional and technical solutions on complex applications and technology installations. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams while influencing client leadership on key decisions. Support business development by identifying new opportunities and extensions, collaborating with the consulting sales team as a domain expert. Resolve complex customer issues through thoughtful recommendations and solution implementation. Manage large-scale finance modernization projects, ensuring effective engagement with executive leadership and comprehensive project issue/risk management.
