Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating RoomLocation:Hermiston, ORAgency:Thrive StaffingPay:$2,240 to $2,434 per weekShift Information:Days - 3 days x 12 hoursContract Duration:13 WeeksStart Date:ASAPAbout the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Thrive Staffing to find a qualified OR RN in Hermiston, Oregon, 97838!Job Title:Registered Nurse Circulator City/State:Hermiston, Oregon Shift:Day, 07:00:00-19:00:00 Contract Length:3 weeks Start Date:03/02/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse specializes in perioperative nursing practice during intraoperative surgical experiences and is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room and other perioperative services areas for all patient populations. The perioperative nurse acts as the patient advocate and directs and supervises personnel assigned to them, and will be on call for the Surgery Unit on a regularly scheduled rotation. Responsibilities: Accept responsibility for the direction, control, planning, of an activity Make evaluations and decisions based on measurable or verifiable criteria Work independently Implement the plan of care by protecting the patient from injury and ensuring correct procedures are followed Document nursing care accurately, completely, and legibly Collaborate effectively with other disciplines Use problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to foster effective work relationships with team members Act as a patient advocate and maintain privacy and confidentiality of individuals and health information Requirements: Associate of Science in Nursing required; Bachelors degree in nursing preferred Current RN license in State of Oregon, BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certification, TNCC required CNOR, Peri-op 101, CRASE training preferred if the travel assignment extends beyond a 6-month period Convey empathy and compassion to those experiencing pain, grief, or trauma Communicate effectively and therapeutically with people from every socioeconomic background Incorporate service excellence in customer relations in daily activitiesAbout Thrive Staffing Thrive Staffing is a dedicated healthcare staffing company specializing inforging purposeful relationships with healthcare organizations and exceptional healthcare providers.Our services extend across the healthcare sector in all 50 states, from inpatient hospital systems to home health, hospice, outpatient clinics, rehab facilities, and senior living environments.
