Pay Structure: Hourly, Miles, Stops, and Cases.~ Local / Regional routes. What youll do as a CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver:Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.Qualifications youll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:Valid Class A commercial drivers license (CDL-A)At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experienceMust meet McLanes MVR and risk rating qualificationsThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
