We serve families across Fairfield County through strengths-based, collaborative, and inclusive care.We are a growing, mission-driven private practice building systems that allow clinicians to focus on clinical excellence while families receive an exceptional experience.We are seeking a Part-Time Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of our clinic.Position OverviewThe Practice Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, strong internal systems, and a professional, welcoming experience for families and staff.This is an in-person position with opportunity for increased hours and leadership growth as the practice expands.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily clinic operations and workflowManage clinician schedules and optimize caseload efficiencyCoordinate with billing support to ensure insurance and payment processes run smoothlyTrack and report key metrics (caseload, revenue, cancellations, utilization)Maintain compliance documentation and onboarding systemsSupport hiring logistics and team coordinationCommunicate professionally with families and community partnersMedical BillingAssist with community outreach and practice growth initiativesQualificationsexperience in healthcare administration, private practice management, or small business operations preferred but not requiredStrong organizational and systems-thinking skillsHigh attention to detail and follow-throughProfessional written and verbal communicationComfortable with Google Workspace and scheduling platformsAbility to work independently and anticipate needsAlignment with neurodiversity-affirming and family-centered valuesPreferred but not required:Experience in therapy practice operationsFamiliarity with insurance billing workflowsInterest in long-term leadership growth within a small businessCompensation & SchedulePart-time (approximately 15-20 hours per week)Hourly rate based on experienceOpportunity for expanded responsibilities and compensation growthSupportive, collaborative team environmentMeaningful work serving families in our communityWhy Join Sayit?At Sayit, operations are not behind the scenes, they are foundational to our impact.
