Setting: Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic Reason for coverage: LOA Call schedule: weekends: 2-3 per year/nights 1:10 Adults/Geriatric 80% Hem 20% Onc no internal Med 10 physicians in practice, 8 APPs 10 PPD for hospital, 15 for outpatient Level I Trauma EMR: Epic Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 130 days from offer accepted.
