Restaurant District Manager Benefits: Generous base salary ($100K-$110K) Attractive quarterly bonus (15%) Paid time off Medical, dental and vision benefits Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership in restaurants, managing 5 or more high-volume full service and/or polished fast casual restaurants Strong financial business acumen including P+L ownership, inventory analysis, and cost management Proven track record of team development including effective succession planning, internal promotions, training, hiring, and recruiting Model authentic, warm guest experience, responsible for instilling great service in team Drive expert operational practices and standards and efficiencies
